Our Fremont Clinic Has Moved

It is with much excitement that we announce that The Hume Center's Fremont Clinic has moved to a new location. We have found a very nice office that is close to our current location (see map, A is the Old Office, B is the New Office). The new address is 39465 Paseo Padre Pky, Suite 2100, Fremont CA. The office is on the 2nd floor and elevators are available for access.

The building is conveniently located next to the Fremont Court House and across from Kaiser Permanente. If you have any questions regarding the move or how to locate the new building please contact your clinician or the front desk at 510-745-9151. Our phone number and extensions remain the same. In order to coordinate the move, the office were closed on Friday, January 24th and Monday, January 27th, 2014.
